Samet’s preconstruction team engages sustainability requirements at the earliest design stages, ensuring energy-efficient systems, site-sensitive infrastructure, and long-term operational savings are built into the budget and schedule from the start.

— Solar Photovoltaic & All-Electric Systems: Our team has direct, active experience delivering renewable energy systems, giving Wake County a CMAR partner who understands the technical and cost implications.

— EV Charging Infrastructure: Samet has successfully integrated public EV charging stations into civic facilities, including a roof-mounted solar array and EV charging at the Durham County Board of Elections renovation.

—Stormwater Management: Our preconstruction team engages civil engineers and stormwater consultants early to resolve
BMP design, retaining wall coordination, and stream buffer requirements.

Our in-house sustainability expertise means green building principles are embedded in our constructability reviews, submittal process, and trade partner requirements.
